Great eras, great fortunes, or talks of heavenly changes and Heavenly Tribulations—they do not care for these flashy names, or this golden age where all Prodigies rise to fame and make their names known to the world on the surface.

To them, whatever Prodigies, divine children, Dao children, or devil Buddhas they may be, they have seen too many of them on the path of seeking longevity; without achieving longevity, all ultimately become dust.

Therefore, they do not care about Prodigies, nor do they care about fate; the only thing worth their attention is heavenly longevity. It is also the best time to obtain Lifespan under the Heavenly Dao when Heavenly Secrets are most chaotic and fate is most turbulent!

"Heh, so what if there is a Heavenly Change and Great Tribulation? This old man will surely be able to live another life in this world!"

There are also ambitious immortals who greedily and longingly dwell on the long lives within that fate, dwelling on the Lifespan of every living being.

Seeking the Dao in this world, the greatest pain is nothing more than having the Dao right before one's eyes, yet being unable to cross over to it.

The shore of Lifespan blocks those seeking longevity throughout the endless Long River of history.

Only they, these hidden entities, can deeply understand this.

A heavenly star falls. A fiery red luster appeared in Lu Qing's eyes.

"It seems my words also corresponded to the celestial phenomenon at this moment." Lu Qing naturally would not think that a casual remark of his would have any karmic opportunity with the celestial phenomenon, it was just that the timing was a bit too subtle.

"These destinies fall in various places, much like how mortal dynasties have the Heaven Son's Purple Qi. Those who possess star fate might be what the Ancient Immortal cultivators called Heavenly Fate Star Lords."

Lu Qing had seen many accounts in his daily life; those accounts might not necessarily be correct, but having recorded them allowed Lu Qing to associate them with certain things.

"The talk of Star Lords and star fate is not without foundation. It is just that the stars beyond the Qiongxiao are vast and immortal through the ages. This is merely a single strand of fate; if other star destinies descend, the struggles of this cultivation golden age will likely be far more intense than the thousand-year great fortunes recorded."

Lu Qing keenly sensed some things, but these things were still too far away for him at the moment.

"In the Demonic Land of the Four Directions Land, there is currently Yinghuo fate descending, searching for the Heavenly Fate Star Lord. The liveliness of the world often begins at this time."

A glimmer of thought flashed in Lu Qing's eyes. "However, it has not yet reached the most intense point. When it does, it will be better if I want to practice the Great Concealment Art."

Lu Qing organized the things he needed to do at the moment; there were not many. Cultivation occupied the vast majority of his daily time, and when broken down into specific aspects, there were also Formation, sword Dao, water Dao, and various spells.

"Heavenly Secrets cannot be neglected here, but Yin and Yang and the Five Elements remain the main direction for now..." Lu Qing did not have a specific goal plan for cultivation in his heart. Cultivation is about the freedom and naturalness of the state of mind; being constrained by plans on paper is not as ingenious as an epiphany that flashes in a moment of inspiration.

Lu Qing looked at the patches of clear and orderly spiritual fields in the mountains and fields. Pale gold, light cyan... the Five Elements spiritual colors exuded a transparent and illusory luster, refracting rays of subtle light under the sunlight.

Among them, the Spiritual Qi here, because of the coordination of the Spirit Gathering Array, had the breath of the Five Elements Dao Rhyme—gold, wood, water, fire, and earth—slowly emanating from the spiritual rice towards the sky and the surroundings.

Beside some of the taller spiritual rice plants, there were also some disciples who, taking advantage of this rare opportunity where the spiritual rice emitted a trace of Five Elements Dao Rhyme, sat cross-legged and began to cultivation.

Ever since this Spiritual Plant Garden began to restore the specifications that a proper Spiritual Plant Garden should have, not only the Spiritual Plant Garden itself, but also the spiritual plant disciples and laborers who lived and Cultivated here seemed to have become more active.

Lu Qing looked at these Five Elements Spiritual Qi. What he valued was naturally not this Spiritual Qi that assisted in Cultivation, but the traces of heaven and earth Five Elements Dao Rhyme contained within this Spiritual Qi.

Dao Rhyme and spiritual rhyme—many Cultivators usually regard them as the same thing, just a difference in naming. If one were to examine it carefully, one would have to go back to ancient times to know which great expert named them.

These are all insignificant; that there is spiritual rhyme in the Five Elements Spiritual Qi is inevitable.

It is just like how the Heavenly Dao has flowed ceaselessly from ancient times to the present, the sun and moon suspended above the mountains and seas, beneath the passage of time; these have no changes, and since spiritual rhyme originates from the heaven and earth, it naturally remains unaffected.

A Cultivator can cultivation the body, forging an Innate body without flaws, while spiritual rhyme itself is already Innate, pure, refined, and fits the most natural heaven and earth. It can be said that if one can gain enlightenment from it, one will surely obtain great fortune.

However, to support the spiritual rhyme for an Immortal cultivator to gain enlightenment, it would probably require a vast ocean of Spiritual Qi to satisfy it.

Lu Qing did not seek enlightenment; he just wanted to perceive the complete, vast, and distant heaven and earth from these spiritual rhymes, or more precisely, to experience the Five Elements.

He naturally would not fixate solely on this method; there were other paths, such as a cave heaven composed of a single Five Element, or Five Elements spiritual objects, and so on. The Five Elements are dispersed in nature and all spirits. Lu Qing suddenly thought of the Foundation Establishment spiritual objects he knew of in the Profound Heaven Domain.

"Foundation Establishment spiritual objects—at the time, there were many disciples who used Five Elements spiritual objects to perform Foundation Establishment, including metal element, water element, and so on. In other words, in the Heaven Domain, Five Elements spiritual objects are at least not considered rare treasures. However, to satisfy my current cultivation needs, it would be a major project. Let's take it slow."

Others rely on the Spiritual Qi within Spirit Stones to cultivation. After reaching the Golden Core stage, the Golden Core within the body naturally gives birth to a Chaos heaven and earth, which is continuous and endless.

When escaping enemies, one can also use the Inner World of the Golden Core to flee, and it can also protect the True Spirit to enter the Nether Sea. After reaching the Golden Core stage, Lu Qing understood that to truly kill an Immortal cultivator, the way to wipe them out completely is, of course, to exterminate their soul; the True Spirit is crucial. In the past, those who could guide those Immortal cultivators from previous lives back to the immortal path were those whose True Spirits had not been completely wiped out.

Lu Qing thought of this now. "Senior Brother also once mentioned lighting soul lamps and lighting heavenly lamps, but I do not seem to have encountered this."

As his thoughts reached this point, an idea already flashed through his mind. Many immortal sects have means to protect the True Spirits of their disciples. Lighting a soul lamp, in the literal sense, means that if the soul lamp is extinguished, it represents the fall of the disciple, but if a bit of the True Spirit remains in the soul lamp, it can naturally be released into the Nether Sea to enter the cycle of Reincarnation in the world.

Lu Qing recalled that he did not seem to have encountered this situation since he first entered the sect.

"However, this is also fine. Although I do not know the situation, at least it is proper for my True Spirit to remain with me." The True Spirit is crucial; Lu Qing could understand the practices of these immortal sects, and most disciples were also willing, as no one could guarantee whether they would perish outside and have their True Spirit wiped out by others.

But for Lu Qing, what he was cultivating in his heart was still a long and lasting life in this lifetime, Dao Seeking.

Falling has risks, and the True Spirit re-entering Reincarnation also has risks. With a blank slate, one's temperament is refilled by a new life, new relationships, and new Karma. Whether this Cultivator is still the same person from the previous life, even if the Heavenly Secrets are awakened, actually still needs to be carefully considered.

Lu Qing would not think so far ahead. As a master of the Dao of Survival, he considered himself to have a bit of ability and would not invite trouble for no reason. However, if cultivation in the world were that easy, Lu Qing would not still be keeping that notebook with the names of several enemies recorded in it.

Just when Lu Qing had another realization in his state of mind over there.

At the foot of the mountain, the purple-robed youth looked up at this mountain peak, then looked at the sky, and finally his gaze fell in the direction where his Senior Brother had gone.

Now that there was no excuse, Qingchen did not stay here long. The main thing was that he was really not familiar with this Junior Brother. The other party might have some karmic opportunity with Senior Brother Qing Xuan, but to him, there was too much karmic opportunity in the world; it was just a matter of discerning which karmic opportunity would be helpful on the path of cultivation.

This was also the thought of many Direct Disciples. After all, although they came from different main branches, every hundred years there would be various Dao-discussion gatherings among them. Those who could call each other Senior Brother, Junior Brother, or Fellow Daoist had an understanding of karmic opportunity that was on the same level among themselves.
