March 2011. The first warm rays of spring sunshine greeted New York.
Inside Levi's secret base, his three Apprentices had gathered. After nearly a year of basic training, their abilities had undergone a qualitative leap.
Levi looked at the three of them and spoke slowly, "Your basic training is complete."
Excitement flashed in the eyes of Peter, Kamala, and Kate.
"Next," Levi continued, "is the practical combat phase."
Peter couldn't help but ask, "Practical combat? Against whom?"
"Against criminals," Levi said calmly.
Kamala jumped up excitedly, "We're going to be superheroes?!"
Levi gave a slight smile, "You could say that, but there are rules."
Levi's expression suddenly turned serious, "Rule one: Protect yourselves."
All three nodded simultaneously.
"Rule two: Protecting civilians takes priority over everything else."
"Understood!" the three replied in unison.
"Rule three: Do not reveal your true identities."
Kate asked, "Then how do we operate?"
"Wear masks, use codenames." Levi walked over to a nearby table. "Peter, your codename is 'Spider-Man'."
"Awesome!" Peter was so excited he nearly jumped. "I've always wanted that name!"
Levi turned to Kamala, "You'll be 'Light Girl' for now."
Kamala frowned, "Can I change it? It sounds a bit..."
"You can when you think of something better," Levi interrupted her.
"Kate, you are 'Hawkeye'."
Kate's eyes lit up, "That sounds good!"
Levi walked to a storage locker and took out three meticulously prepared suits.
Peter's suit was the classic red and blue color scheme, with a prominent spider emblem on the chest. The material was lightweight yet tough.
Kamala's suit was purple and gold, with energy circuit patterns on the surface that could glow in sync with her energy fluctuations.
Kate's suit was a black and purple tactical outfit, equipped with a professional quiver and protective gear.
After trying them on, the three of them couldn't help but exclaim in admiration.
"Wow! So cool!" Peter struck a pose in front of a mirror.
"Fits perfectly!" Kamala moved her limbs around; the suit conformed perfectly to her body.
"Very professional!" Kate inspected the various pockets and equipment slots on the tactical suit.
Levi thought to himself: *(All system refunds, zero cost...)*
Levi spread out a map of New York, "You will operate separately."
"Peter, Queens is your responsibility."
"Yes, sir!" Peter stood at attention.
"Kamala, New Jersey is yours."
"Okay!"
"Kate, Manhattan is yours."
"Understood!"
Levi rolled up the map, "Report once a week. Contact me immediately if you're in danger. Remember, you now represent not just yourselves, but the entire superhero community."
The three of them nodded solemnly, "Yes!"
...
On a Queens street late at night, street lamps cast a dim, yellowish glow.
Peter, wearing his brand-new Spider-Suit, crouched on the rooftop of an apartment building. The spring night air was cool, but his palms were sweating.
*(Nervous) I'm really going to be a superhero...*
Just then, a scream shattered the night's tranquility.
"Help!"
Peter jolted and instantly stood up, "Here we go!"
Deep in an alley, three thugs were surrounding an elderly woman.
"Hand over the bag, granny!" Thug A said menacingly.
The old woman hugged her handbag tightly, trembling.
Suddenly, a figure leaped down from the rooftop, landing steadily between them.
"Hey!" Peter tried to make his voice sound intimidating. "Leave the lady alone!"
Thug B sized up the strangely dressed figure in red and blue, "Who's this clown?"
Before he finished speaking, Peter flicked his wrist. A strand of Webbing precisely stuck to the gun in Thug A's hand.
"What the?!" Thug B exclaimed.
The ensuing fight was almost one-sided. Peter's speed, strength, and Spider-Sense allowed him to easily dodge all attacks, quickly wrapping all three thugs up in Webbing bundles.
"Thank you, young man," the old woman said gratefully.
"You're welcome, ma'am. It's what I should do." After speaking, Peter shot a web and swung into the night sky.
I did it! I really did it!
First week's results:
Stopped robberies × 12 | Helped elderly cross the street × 8 | Rescued cats stuck in trees × 3
The residents of Queens began to buzz with talk.
"I heard there's a guy in red and blue helping people out."
"He shoots webs! Just like a spider!"
"It's Spider-Man!"
In the offices of the *Daily Bugle*, J. Jonah Jameson slammed his desk, roaring.
"Spider-Man? Or Spider-Monster?!"
He stared at the blurry photo in the newspaper, "Who is this masked punk?! Does he have a medical license? Law enforcement authority?!"
Peter saw the article at a newsstand and shook his head with a bitter smile, "Teacher said this would happen..."
...
In Kamala's home, a warm dinner time.
Her mother put down her chopsticks and looked at her daughter with concern, "Kamala, you've been coming home very late recently..."
Kamala guiltily lowered her head, "I... I've been studying extra with my teacher."
Her father said gently, "Studying is important, but you need to rest too. Don't overwork yourself."
"I know, Dad."
Kamala's heart was filled with guilt: *(I'm sorry I'm lying to you... but I have to do this.)*
Late at night, at a bank in Jersey City.
Five armed robbers were loading money when suddenly, the bank doors were blown open by a burst of golden energy.
Kamala walked in, energy light coalescing in her hands.
"Drop your weapons!"
The robbers froze for a second, then burst out laughing.
"Little girl, go home to your mommy!"
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Gunfire rang out, but all the bullets were blocked by a golden energy shield.
"What?!"
Kamala took a deep breath, pushed her hands forward, and fired an energy blast. It accurately hit two robbers, slamming them against the wall (just knocked them unconscious, no fatal injuries).
Seeing the situation turn sour, the remaining three immediately raised their hands in surrender.
"We surrender! Don't shoot!"
A few days later, a fire broke out in an apartment building.
Firefighters were evacuating residents, but a family of four was still trapped on the top floor.
"The fire's too intense, we can't get up there!"
Just then, a golden figure charged into the inferno.
Kamala used her energy shield to block the flames and smoke, rushed to the rooftop, and rescued all four family members.
The rescued father tightly grasped her hand, "Thank you! Are you an Angel?"
Kamala shook her head, her voice gentle, "I'm not an Angel. I... I just wanted to help."
The next day, news reports: "Mystery Girl Bravely Saves Fire Victims"
...
In the Bishop family mansion, father and daughter were having another argument.
Father Derek looked at the bow and arrows in his daughter's hands and frowned, "Kate, what have you been up to lately?"
"Practicing archery," Kate replied calmly.
"What future is there in practicing archery?" Derek sighed. "You should spend your time on your studies and the family business."
Kate stubbornly raised her head, "Dad, I'll prove it to you. One day, you'll be proud of me."
Derek shook his head helplessly and left.
Kate looked out the window at the Manhattan nightscape, swearing to herself: *I will protect this city in my own way.*
The docks, between shipping containers.
A group of gang members were conducting a drug deal.
Kate lay in wait on top of a container, her bow fully drawn.
First arrow—hit the drug crate, powder flying everywhere.
Second arrow—shot out a hanging lamp, the heavy object crashing down on the gang.
Third arrow—accurately struck the gun in the boss's hand.
The gang instantly descended into chaos.
"The police will be here soon," Kate stood up, her voice calm. "I suggest you surrender."
In the distance, police sirens began to wail.
...
One weekend afternoon, a hostage situation occurred in Manhattan.
The hostage-taker threatened the police, and negotiations reached a stalemate.
Kate set up her bow on the rooftop of a building across the street.
Distance: 15 meters | Wind speed: Level 3, northeast | Target: The gun in the hostage-taker's hand
She closed her eyes, recalling everything her teacher had taught her. Deep breath, open eyes, draw the bow.
The arrow whistled out, tracing a perfect arc, and accurately hit the gun in the hostage-taker's hand!
The gun flew out of his grasp, and the police seized the moment to rush forward and subdue him.
The hostage was saved. Kate quietly left.
...
Evening news: "Mysterious Sharpshooter Guards Manhattan"
"Is this a new Hawkeye?"
Far away at S.H.I.E.L.D., Clint Barton saw the news and the corner of his mouth turned up.
"Interesting. Finally, someone's using a bow and arrow." He took a sip of coffee. "Hope this person knows what they're doing."

First Debrief Meeting | The Trio Gathers
Weekend, Levi's secret base.
The three of them, having shed their hero personas, shared their experiences like ordinary students.
"I caught over 30 criminals!" Peter gestured excitedly.
"I saved over 20 people!" Kamala said, not to be outdone.
"My sniping success rate is 100%!" Kate said proudly.
Looking at the three jubilant kids, a flicker of satisfaction passed through Levi's eyes.
...
"Peter," Levi called out to the still-gesticulating teen.
"Yes!"
"You talk too much."
Peter froze, "Huh?"
"Talk less during fights, observe more. Enemies won't go easy on you because of your jokes."
"Yes..." Peter scratched his head.
"Kamala," Levi turned to her. "Your energy output isn't stable enough. Sometimes too strong, sometimes too weak."
"I'll keep practicing!" Kamala nodded earnestly.
"Kate," Levi looked at the last one. "You rely too much on distance. What if an enemy gets close?"
Kate was silent for a moment, "Then what should I do?"
"Learn close combat," Levi said. "Starting next week, I'll teach you martial arts."

At S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters, Coulson walked into Fury's office.
"Director, all three targets have begun operations."
Fury looked at the three files: Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Sharpshooter.
"That mentor is building a team..." Fury said thoughtfully.
"Make contact?" Coulson asked.
"No," Fury shook his head. "Let them grow. Intervening too early will backfire."
"Understood."
Fury closed the files and looked out the window, "But monitor them closely. I need to know their every move."
...
In the training base, Levi said to the three, "For the next six months, continue your street operations."
"Accumulate experience. Wait for the real test."
"Yes!" the three replied in unison.
Levi watched the three leave, thinking to himself: *The Battle of New York in 2012 will be your graduation exam. I hope by then, you'll all be ready.*
The scene shifts to deep space, in the dark void.
The Chitauri Overlord sat on his throne, with Loki standing below.
"Go to Earth," the Chitauri's low voice echoed. "Retrieve the Tesseract."
"Understood."
System Prompt:
【Key Plot Countdown】
【Time until Battle of New York: 12 months】
The scene gradually fades to black.
