Peter held the book 'fun physics for kids', his eyes sparkling with light.
He carefully opened the title page, saw the words left by Levi, and softly read them aloud: 'Physics helps us understand the world, and curiosity drives us to explore the unknown...'
"I love that sentence!" Peter looked up, his eyes full of admiration. "Thank you, Teacher Levi!"
Levi smiled and patted Peter's head, but most of his attention was focused on the system prompt in his mind.

【Knowledge is being injected...】
【Injection Method: System-adapted to ensure perfect mastery】
【Estimated Time: 3 seconds】
Levi felt a warm current surge from the depths of his mind. Countless formulas, diagrams, and design principles flooded into his consciousness like a tide.
But miraculously, the process wasn't painful. Instead, it felt as if he had always known this knowledge, merely dormant deep in his memory and now awakened.
Three seconds later, the injection was complete.
Levi opened his eyes (he had subconsciously closed them earlier). The world before him seemed different.
Looking at the ceiling fan in the living room, its working principles, motor structure, and how to improve its efficiency immediately surfaced in his mind...
Looking at the book in Peter's hand, he could instantly judge the paper's material, printing process, and even estimate its manufacturing cost...
"Teacher Levi?" Uncle Ben's voice pulled him back to reality. "Are you okay?"
"Ah, sorry," Levi snapped back to attention. "I was lost in thought just now."
"Let's go to the study then," Uncle Ben said. "Peter usually studies there."
Levi followed them upstairs, still digesting the knowledge he had just gained in his mind.
This was unbelievable—a $15 book had returned knowledge of immeasurable value. This was the culmination of Tony Stark's lifelong research!
If he wanted, he could now draw the design schematics for the Mark 1 Iron Man Armor, and even build an Arc Reactor (though lacking materials and equipment).
"This system..." Levi marveled inwardly. "It's truly heaven-defying."
The study was small but tidy. An old desk, a bookshelf, and posters of the periodic table and the solar system on the wall.
"Let's have the lesson here," Uncle Ben said. "May and I will be downstairs. Call us if you need anything."
"Okay, thank you." Levi nodded.
After Uncle Ben left, Levi and Peter sat down facing each other.
"So," Levi took out his prepared teaching plan. "Let's begin. First, I'd like to understand your current level in physics."
"I..." Peter was a bit embarrassed. "They haven't taught physics in school yet. I've been learning from books on my own."
"Very good, self-study is a good habit," Levi opened his notebook. "Then let me ask you a few simple questions."
For the next fifteen minutes, Levi assessed Peter's knowledge level through a series of questions.
The results surprised him—this 11-year-old child, though not having studied physics systematically, possessed an understanding far beyond his peers through extensive reading.
"Excellent," Levi said approvingly. "Your foundation is solid. Then today, let's start with the most interesting part—Newton's Three Laws of Motion."
"Newton's Laws?" Peter's eyes lit up. "I've read about them in books, but there are parts I don't fully understand."
"That's okay, I'll explain it in the simplest way," Levi stood up and drew a simple diagram on the whiteboard. "First is the First Law, also called the Law of Inertia..."
He began his explanation, but not in the dull, textbook way at all.
He used examples from daily life, language Peter could understand, and even some fun little experiments to demonstrate.
For instance, when explaining the Law of Inertia, he picked up a book from the table and suddenly pulled away the paper underneath it. The book remained firmly in place.
"Wow!" Peter exclaimed in amazement. "That's so cool!"
"That's inertia," Levi explained. "An object has a tendency to maintain its original state of motion. The book was originally at rest; it wants to stay at rest. So even when the paper is pulled away, it doesn't fly off with it."
"I understand!" Peter said excitedly.
When explaining the Second Law, Levi demonstrated the relationship between acceleration and force by pushing books with different amounts of force.
Peter listened with rapt attention, asking questions from time to time, all of which Levi patiently answered.
An hour passed quickly.
"Alright, let's take a break," Levi said. "Are you tired?"
"Not at all!" Peter shook his head. "I want to keep learning!"
"Study needs a balance of work and rest," Levi laughed. "Come on, let's play a little game."
He took out a homemade simple device from his bag—a catapult made of cardboard, rubber bands, and a small wooden block.
"This!" Peter's eyes lit up. "What is it?"
"A catapult," Levi demonstrated, launching the small wooden block. "Can you use Newton's Laws we learned today to explain how it works?"
Peter thought seriously for a moment, then began to explain:
"The rubber band is stretched, storing elastic potential energy... When released, this energy is converted into kinetic energy, pushing the block... The block flies out because it's acted upon by a force..."
"Exactly right!" Levi applauded approvingly. "You learn very quickly."
A brilliant smile bloomed on Peter's face. Levi could sense that this child had never received such recognition before.
At school, he might have been ostracized by classmates for being too smart, or overlooked by teachers for being too introverted.
But here, his talent was fully affirmed.
"Teacher Levi," Peter hesitated for a moment. "Can you keep teaching me?"
"Of course," Levi said sincerely. "As long as you want to learn, I'll keep teaching."
The system prompt sounded again:
【Target Favorability Increased: 75% → 90%】
【Detected that the target has developed strong trust in the Host】
【First Teaching Evaluation: Excellent】
Two hours later, today's lesson ended. Levi packed up his teaching materials and went downstairs with Peter.
Uncle Ben and Aunt May were waiting in the living room. Seeing them come down, they immediately stood up.
"How was it?" Aunt May asked Peter with concern.
"It was amazing!" Peter said excitedly. "Teacher Levi explained everything so well! I learned Newton's Three Laws and even did an experiment!"
"Really?" Uncle Ben looked at Levi.
"Peter is very talented," Levi said. "He has strong comprehension and a genuine love for physics. With proper nurturing, he can definitely become an outstanding scientist in the future."
Hearing this, Aunt May's eyes grew slightly moist. "Thank you, Teacher Levi."
"It's what I should do," Levi paused.
"Mr. Parker, Mrs. Parker, if you agree, I'd like to come every Saturday to teach Peter.
I've already created a twelve-week teaching plan, progressing step by step from basics to advanced topics."
He handed the detailed teaching plan to Uncle Ben. Uncle Ben took it, carefully looked through it, a look of surprise appearing in his eyes.
"Teacher Levi, you... you prepared this so thoroughly?" Uncle Ben said, touched.
"Teaching deserves to be taken seriously," Levi said. "Peter is a good student; he's worth the effort."
Uncle Ben and Aunt May exchanged a glance. Then Uncle Ben extended his hand. "Then we'll leave it to you, Teacher Levi. As for the fee..."
"Let's not talk about money," Levi shook his hand. "I said I'm not doing this for money. Seeing Peter gain knowledge is the greatest reward for me."
"But..." Aunt May still wanted to say something.
"If you really want to thank me," Levi smiled. "Just let Peter study hard and become someone useful to society in the future. That's enough."
Uncle Ben's eyes reddened slightly. "Teacher Levi, we truly don't know how to thank you."
"No need to thank me," Levi said. "Then I'll take my leave now. Same time next week."
"Goodbye, Teacher Levi!" Peter waved.
Levi walked out of the Parker home. Only after turning the corner did he stop and let out a deep breath.
The system prompt sounded again:

【Knowledge is being injected...】
This injection took a bit longer than the last one, about ten seconds.
Levi leaned against the wall, closed his eyes, and let the knowledge unfold in his mind.
When he opened his eyes again, he felt the whole world was different.
Looking at the stars in the night sky, their distances, spectra, and life cycles automatically surfaced in his mind...
Looking at the street lamp, he could immediately calculate the photon's energy, wavelength, frequency...
"My current physics level..." Levi murmured to himself. "I'm afraid it surpasses most university Professors now, right?"
And all of this, just because he taught an 11-year-old child basic physics for two hours.
"If I keep teaching..." Levi's heart raced. "If Peter keeps improving, how many more returns could I get?"
The system provided an answer:
【Hint】
When an Apprentice fully masters a knowledge system, the Host will obtain the complete upgraded version of that system.
When an Apprentice's strength increases, the Host will receive a Growth Return.
When an Apprentice participates in combat, the Host will receive a Combat Return.
【Current Progress】
Item Return: Triggered (Tony Stark's Physics Notes)
Ability Return: Triggered (Advanced Physics)
Growth Return: Not Triggered (Requires Apprentice's strength increase)
Combat Return: Not Triggered (Requires Apprentice's participation in combat)
"With two returns, I've gone from an ordinary person to a master of physics," Levi clenched his fist. "If I take on more Apprentices, if I teach them more..."
He didn't dare to continue the thought.
